Missing demographic data

Demographic data represents the number of people who saw any of your posts at least once, grouped by age and gender. Aggregated demographic data is based on a number of factors, including age and gender information users provide in their Facebook profiles. This number is an estimate.

Generally, you need to have data for 100 or more people before the metrics become available to you as the page owner or Sparrow as a third-party software provider.

Here's a breakdown of the requirements for each of our supported platforms:

Facebook:

Demographic metrics, such as age, gender, and location, are only returned if there is data for 100 or more people.


Instagram:

Demographic metrics, such as age, gender, and location, are only returned if there is data for 100 or more people.


Twitter:

It takes us about 24 hours to process Twitter demographic data, so you will need to come back tomorrow to see your data 🤓


LinkedIn:

Demographic metrics, such as age, gender, and location, are only returned if there is data for 100 or more people.


YouTube:

Demographic metrics, such as age, gender, and location, are only returned if there is data for 100 or more people.
